[Cocotb] pip package

Dear All,

I would appreciate if you could test pip package for cocotb:

*  pip install cocotb*

In Makefile use:



*  include $(shell cocotb-path)/makefiles/Makefile.inc  include $(shell
cocotb-path)/makefiles/Makefile.sim*
