Subject: context switch benchmark

Hi Jeremy,
Following our commitment to adding/boosting the context-switch benchmark, we come with a requirement proposal. We want to bring it into the monthly discussion if there is time for it (next week).

We want a broad agreement before we start implementing it.

I attached the MD file that Ronen created; any comments are welcome.

Thanks,
Ofer
